Local & International Delivery

We are located in the Greater Toronto Area and proudly serve customers across Canada and the United States. Most shipments within Canada will typically arrive within 2-4 business days, while deliveries within the United States generally take 2-5 business days. We make every effort to process and ship orders within 1 business day of purchase.

In the event of any delays or issues with your delivery, the shipping company will notify you via email with relevant updates.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship to All locations in and the United States & Internationally, with a few exceptions, including:

• PO Boxes
• Hawaii, and certain U.S. territories such as Guam and Puerto Rico

We are actively working on expanding our shipping capabilities to these areas. If you are in one of these locations, please contact us directly for a personalized shipping quote.

Shipping Surcharge

Please note that certain remote areas in both Canada and the United States may incur an additional shipping surcharge due to higher shipping costs from our carriers. Any applicable surcharge will be displayed during the checkout process.

Free Shipping Qualifications

• Orders over $60 CAD within Canada qualify for free shipping.
• Orders over $60 USD within the United States also qualify for free shipping.

Please ensure your order meets the required total and is shipped to one of our designated free shipping zones in Canada or the U.S. Some products may not be eligible for free shipping or may have shipping restrictions to certain areas.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer standard international shipping outside of Canada and the United States. However, if you are located in another international region, please reach out to us directly via email during business hours for a personalized shipping quote.

Shipping Charges

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed during the checkout process. While we strive to offer transparent and accurate shipping fees, we reserve the right to refuse shipping, adjust our carriers, or contact you for additional payment if there are exceptionally high shipping costs—especially when using the Free Shipping option.
