At EspressoMachine.com, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, our 30-Day Return & Exchange Policy allows you to return most items for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Holiday Returns: Purchases made between December 26 – January 5 are eligible for return until January 15.

Eligibility

  • General Products: Most items are eligible for return within 30 days.
  • Consumables: Coffee, tea, and food items must be unopened and unused to qualify.
  • DeLonghi Machines: Special return conditions apply (see below).

📦 Condition of Returned Products

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and include all original packaging and accessories.
  • Restocking Fees may apply if the item is opened or missing components (see “Restocking Fees” below).

🧾 Proof of Purchase

  • Proof of purchase is required. We accept:
    • Your order number
    • Associated email address
    • Additional info if necessary

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Open-box products
  • Service or repair replacement parts
  • Items marked as Final Sale

🔧 Damaged or Defective Items

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery for damaged/defective items.
  • Our team may assist with troubleshooting to determine the issue.
  • After 14 days, items are subject to standard return or manufacturer warranty policies.

DeLonghi Coffee Machine Return Policy

  • First 30 Days:
    • No restocking fees
    • Even used DeLonghi machines can be returned, no questions asked
  • After 30 Days:
    • DeLonghi machines follow our standard return policy
    • Note: DeLonghi air conditioners and non-coffee appliances are not eligible under this policy
